Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, Predestined Garments does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors. Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

- Your order number

- A description of the problem

- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will generally not be required to ship the defective or incorrect item back to us unless specifically instructed.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because each product is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

- You ordered the wrong size

- You selected the wrong color or product

- You changed your mind after ordering

- The item does not fit as expected when the correct item and size were delivered

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted.

If you notice an error with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help if production has not yet begun.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a refund due to an error on our part.
